Expat Advisors is currently seeking a part-time offer Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

 

The role:

– Organize agendas

– Control of contracts, renewals and reservations for lodging, car rental, etc..

– Administrative procedures (Finance, municipalities, authorities, etc.).

– Telephone, and onsite assistance by email clients

– Manage payments and collections

 

The person and requirements:

– Bilingual or very high level of English

– High knowledge of Madrid and surroundings

– Driver’s license(* valuable own car)

– Experience in multicultural environment or have lived abroad- Individual customer service oriented

-Experience working in relocation companies

– Proactive, decisive and proactive

– High degree of organization

– Ability to relate to people

– Flexible and willingness
